AlkaViva’s UltraRAD technology is designed to remove radioactive ions from drinking water. The UltraRAD ion water filter was engineered using a proprietary blend of powerful media that work synergistically to significantly reduce all major forms of radioactive ions. It does an impressive job with allowing the water filters to remove radiation and a host of other contaminants including suspended solids, heavy metals such as chromium VI, chlorine and organics.
